This Is What Prevention Editors Eat For Lunch

“I’m a gluten-free vegetarian—and I’m really lazy! Prepping a week’s worth of lunches on Sunday night sounds exhausting. So instead, I stash a loaf of Rudi’s Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread in the office freezer, a jar of Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter in my desk, and grab a banana on my way out the door in the morning. I’m also obsessed with GoGo Squeeze applesauce, which I blame on years of babysitting.”
