Almond Butter BBQ Chicken Pizza

If you loved my almond butter Barbeque sauce, you’re absolutely going to love my Almond Butter BBQ Chicken Pizza! It’s a nutty alternative to a classic recipe.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter
4 ounces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
½ cup Barbeque Sauce
1 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Cheddar, shredded
¼ cup Mozzarella, shredded

Optional:
Cilantro
Ranch Dressing

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a small bowl, add the Barbeque sauce and the JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter; whisk to combine.

3. Place the chicken in a small baking dish and coat with half of Barbeque sauce.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven and shred the chicken with two forks.

5. Spread the remaining Barbeque sauce over the pizza crust.

6. Top with chicken and onion, and sprinkle with cheeses.

7. Bake the pizza for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

8. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with cilantro, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
