justin's almond butter chicken salad


2 Tablespoons Justin's Classic Almond Butter

2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil Mayo

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon

2 Cups Shredded Chicken

1/2 Cup Celery, chopped

1/3 Cup Grapes, halved


Cooking Instructions

In medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, mayo, vinegar and mustard until well combined. Fold in chicken, celery and grapes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on a bagel, bread, lettuce wrap, crackers or on top of a salad. Enjoy!
