- 1/2 Cup Justin's Honey Almond Butter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 3/4 Cup Granola
- 2/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together Justin's Almond Butter and melted coconut oil until combined. Add in honey and milk and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, granola, flour and baking powder. Pour granola mixture and vanilla into almond butter mixture and beat until just combined.
Using a small scoop or tablespoon, scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes for soft and chewy cookies or 13-15 minutes for crispier cookies. Cool completely.
