• 1/4 Cup Justin's Cinnamon Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Granola

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together Justin's Almond Butter, butter and sugars. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined. Stir in granola.

Using a small scoop or tablespoon, scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.  Cool completely.
