1 Cup Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

1 Cup Pitted Dates

1 Cup Hazelnuts, divided

1 Cup Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

In a food processor, combine Chocolate Hazelnut Butter and dates. Blend 2-3 minutes, or until it forms a dough-like consistency. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Once chilled, form Chocolate Hazelnut mixture into 1" balls around a whole hazelnut. Repeat with the rest of the filling.

Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted. Finely chop remaining hazelnuts and stir 1/4 cup nuts into melted chocolate. 

Grab your chocolate hazelnut truffles and coat each one in melted chocolate. If the hazelnuts slide off, use a spoons to drop the chocolate/nut mixture over the top of each truffle. 

Place chocolates on a cooling rack in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
