Ingredients

2 slices rosemary sourdough bread (or any bread)

1 tablespoon Justin's Classic Almond Butter

1 slice bacon, cooked

4 thin apple slices

2 slices provolone cheese (or your favorite cheese)

Drizzle of honey

Thyme leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Spread almond butter over one slice of bread. Layer on bacon, apple slices, cheese, and a little drizzle of honey then top with second slice of bread. Press in a panini press or in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side (or until toasty brown). Garnish with thyme leaves and enjoy!
