Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 ripe bananas, peeled & mashed

1/3 cup almond milk

1/3 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup Justin's Classic Cashew Butter

1 teaspoon vanilla 

2 eggs

2/3 cup coconut sugar

1 cup chopped Justin's Cashew Butter Cups

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
 
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. 
 
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the mashed bananas, milk, yogurt, & peanut butter until well combined. Add in the vanilla, eggs, and coconut sugar. 
 
Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the Cashew Butter Cups.
 
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. The banana bread is done when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
 
Let the bread cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
