Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons MCT Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Justin’s Coconut Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop grass fed collagen peptides (such as Garden of Life)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
