1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 egg

1 cup Justin's Maple Cashew Butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup chocolate chips

2 teaspoons flaky sea salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together coconut sugar and egg until well combined. Add cashew butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Beat until a sticky dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop or roll dough into 1-inch balls and place two inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10-11 minutes or until golden (will appear slightly doughy). 

Cool 5 minutes on pan, then sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
