- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
- little bit of honey (about 1 ½ Tbs)
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl until combined.
- Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on a cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are set.
