Movie night is one of my favorite nights of the week. Finding something to stream online with my friends and family is a great way to connect with loved ones. It doesn’t beat trips to the video store, but those don’t exist anymore. To make up for it, I came up with a recipe for Honey Almond Buttered Popcorn. It’s made with JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter and is tasty sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter
4 cups Popped Popcorn
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
Sea Salt

Optional:
JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, add the JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter, honey, and coconut oil, then microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir to combine.

3. Spread the popcorn evenly on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

4. Pour the almond butter mixture over popcorn, and toss to coat.

5. Bake for 6-8 minutes, tossing halfway through.

6. Cool completely before enjoying. Throw in some chopped JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups for a chocolate twist!
