2 Cups Kale, washed and dried
1/4 Cup Pomegranate Arils
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
2 Tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Organic Caesar Vinaigrette
Croutons (we used Cheddar Parmesan Brazi Bites)
Toss kale, pomegranate and carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and massage into kale. Top with sliced Almond Butter Crusted Chicken and croutons. Enjoy!
