best tasting blondies made with justins maple almond butter, carmel and sea salt


  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. coconut sugar
  • 1/2 c. Justin's Maple Almond Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1.5 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 c. dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/4 c. toffee bits
  • 3 T. caramel sauce
  • Pinch sea salt

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 in pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl with an electric mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add in the almond butter, until creamy and combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, to the almond butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until batter is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chunks and toffee bits.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt over the bars. Cut into squares and serve.
