1/2 cup walnuts
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons collagen powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons Justin’s Maple Cashew Butter
3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, collagen, baking powder, and salt together.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk melted butter, cashew butter, and brown sugar together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture until just combined. Fold in walnuts and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes; or until done. Cool completely, cut into squares and enjoy!
