Great Summer Recipes
Edible White Chocolate Sugar Cookie Dough in a round white bowl with a wooden rubber spatula inside thumbnail image.

Everybody’s favorite part of making cookies is getting to snack on the dough. It’s so good I decided that it should be the main event, not just a background character. My Edible White Chocolate Sugar Cookie dough is made with JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter and is great for when you want to eat a guilt-free treat.

Crunchy Banana Roll on a white, rectangular plate with wooden chopsticks on top with a banana on the top right corner

Why shouldn’t snacktime be special? But also simple to prepare and wholesome, because special doesn’t have to mean over the top. This Crunchy Banana “Roll” is sure to prompt even the hangriest snacker to crack a smile. And then throw some elbows on their way to grabbing their share of the best afternoon snack ever.

Vegetable Enchiladas with Cinnamon Almond Butter Mole in a white bowl with an avocado on top of cilantro on a wood background

It’s so much easier to make homemade enchilada sauce than most people think. Bonus is that it tasted 100 times better than that stuff in the can. Vegetable Enchiladas with Cinnamon Almond Butter Mole let the delicious flavor of your own homemade sauces shine.

Almond Butter Poppy Seed Muffins stacked on top with almond flakes on the white background

Is there anything more magical than warm muffins fresh from the oven? Mmm, I can almost smell them now. These are just like Mama Justin used to make with the added bonus of JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter. My almond butter poppy seed muffins are sure to make you float in the air like those old-timey cartoons. Okay, maybe not. But, they are super good.

Cranberry Almond Butter Baked Brie in a small cup on a wooden serving tray with cranberries and pine on a wood background

Charcuterie is a great word. It hits a lot of great sounds in one succinct word. Char-coo-ter-ee. Scientists still say they don’t know what it means, I’m pretty sure. When you’re making a charcuterie board for your guests, this Cranberry Almond Butter Baked Brie is a perfect fit and dip for spreads of all kinds. I make it with JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter, cranberry sauce, and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
