Cookies + Cream Parfait

Ingredients

8 oz. Neufchatel (or plain cream cheese)

1/4 Cup Justin's Honey Peanut Butter

10 oz. Vanilla Bean Yogurt

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

12 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed

8 Justin's Peanut Butter Cups

Cooking Instructions

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together Neufchatel, peanut butter, yogurt and salt until smooth and creamy.

To assemble, layer two tablespoons crushed cookies, 1 chopped peanut butter cup and 2 tablespoons cheesecake mixture. Repeat. Serves 4-5.
