- 1 Cup of Justin's Classic Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Roll dough into 2” balls and place onto two greased baking sheets, and press slightly to flatten.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
