10 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 bag Justin’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat an 8×8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine the butter and cocoa powder in a medium, microwave-safe bowl and microwave 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla. Cool slightly.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one until batter is thick and well combined. Add the flour and beat until just combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and top with chopped Peanut Butter Cups and let them melt all over the brownies. Cool completely and enjoy!
