1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
16-20 Justin's Peanut Butter Cups
20 Large, Vegan Marshmallows, cut in half
Preheat oven to 450F.
Coat a small cast iron skillet with melted coconut oil.
Add peanut butter cups in the bottom of the skillet. Evenly set marshmallow halves over the top of the peanut butter cups.
Place in oven for 7-8 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve warm with graham crackers.
