1 Cup Honey
3/4 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Graham Crackers, crushed
Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan, heat the honey over medium-high heat until it just simmers. Turn off heat and add the peanut butter. Stir well. Add the protein powder and stir (will start to feel super thick). Fold in marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
Spread the fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerator for 1 hour. Slice into 16 squares and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
