4 Cups Shredded Chicken

1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped

1 Cup Broccoli Slaw Mix

1/4 Cup Green Onion, chopped

1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped

1/4 Cup Justin's Honey Peanut Butter

3 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Water

Butter Lettuce Leaves

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bell pepper, broccoli slaw, green onion and cilantro. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, yogurt, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce and water.

Pour peanut sauce over chicken mixture and stir well.

Serve over lettuce leaves.
