2 Sticks Cold Butter, cut into small pieces

1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed

2/3 Cup White Sugar

2 Eggs

2 1/3 Cup, plus 1 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour

3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

12 Justin's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Extra Sea Salt for Sprinkling


Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until well combined.

Add dry ingredients (flour through salt) and beat 1 minute. Fold in Peanut Butter Cups.

Roll dough into two level tablespoonfuls balls and place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle warm cookies with sea salt. Enjoy!
