1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Berries
2 tablespoons Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer (such as Califia)
In a small pot, bring water and almond milk to a boil. Add the oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and salt.
Divide oatmeal among two bowls, top with ¼ cup berries each, drizzle with 1 tablespoon creamer and enjoy!
