4 ounces White Chocolate Chips

1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen

8 cups popped popcorn

Sea salt

1 bag Justin's Mini White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, quartered

Cooking Instructions

  • Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power, stirring every 30-seconds, until melted. 

    Add matcha collagen and stir well.

    Place the popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle with the white chocolate mixture. Toss until popcorn is fully coated, and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate popcorn 20 minutes, or until coating has hardened. Stir in White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Enjoy!
