We entered into 2020 ready to make a difference in our communities and create better food systems through CSR initiatives. None of us could have imagined that the past year would have been as challenging as it was, as the world faced great uncertainty, upheaval, and unrest. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the heartbreak of racial inequalities weighed heavily on all of us, both personally and professionally. At Justin’s, we were able to come together as a team to provide some relief to the struggles the world was facing through our CSR initiatives. Wanting to provide relief to our communities, we were able to go beyond making naturally delicious nut butters and make a difference in the world within every aspect of our business. We did this through mindfully sourcing ingredients, hunger relief and beginning diversity and inclusion efforts. The entire Justin’s team is excited to take the time to share our efforts with you in our second annual CSR report for 2020.
