TOTAL TIME:

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup organic white chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the dates, almond butter, cashews, coconut, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until mixture comes together in a large, doughy ball. Add in the chocolate chips and walnuts and pulse to evenly distribute.
  2. Roll 2-tablespoon sized balls of dough into football shapes and place on a plate. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and transfer to a piping bag or zip-top plastic bag. Cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag, and pipe “laces” onto each football.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy!
