INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) bag Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl with an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugars. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
  3. In a medium, separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chip and Candy Pieces.
  5. Drop dough balls (about 2 tablespoons each) onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, approximately 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until edges begin to look crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely. Enjoy!
