I love finding new ways to get in a little extra protein. These Peanut Butter + Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes are a sweet way to do just that. These pancakes use JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter and your favorite protein powder to make sure you have enough energy to start your day right.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
¾ cup Liquid Egg Whites
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk.
1 tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips

Optional Toppings:
JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the protein powder, egg whites, JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and grease the pan.

4. Pour in ¼ cup of batter (it will be thin). Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges are slightly golden, then flip to cook other side.

5. Continue with the remaining batter. Serve the pancakes warm with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
