INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz fresh espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 2 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic coffee liqueur (e.g., Lyre’s Coffee Originale)
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic vodka (e.g., Ritual Zero Proof Vodka, CleanCo Clean V)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Justin’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour hot espresso over 2 Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups and stir until melted. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a shaker, combine the chocolate espresso mixture, non-alcoholic coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until frothy.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.

Quick Fix: No non-alcoholic spirits? Just use 4 oz of espresso (or cold brew), sweeten to taste, shake it up, and you’re good to go!
