I’m all about taking care of myself. Every once in a while I need to take a break with a spa day for me and the family. My Massaged Kale Salad with Honey Almond Butter Vinaigrette might not feel as great as a day spa massage, it will make your insides feel nice and strong! Made with JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter and delicious garden ingredients for a kick of great flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Salad:
1 Head Kale, chopped
1 Large Gala Apple, chopped
3 Large Carrots, chopped
1 Avocado, sliced
¼ cup Slivered Almonds

Dressing:
¼ cup JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Garlic Clove

DIRECTIONS

1. For the dressing, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

2. Place the kale in a large bowl, and drizzle the dressing over the top.

3. Massage the dressing into kale until all leaves are coated.

4. Toss in the remaining salad ingredients.

This Recipe Serves 4
