INGREDIENTS

Overnight Oats:

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons yogurt

2/3 cup milk of choice

Pinch of salt

Optional: jam, berries, banana slices

 

Peanut Butter Shell Topping:

2 tablespoons JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter

2 teaspoons coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

To make the overnight oats, combine all ingredients in a small jar and shake or stir until well combined. Top with fruit or jam, as desired.

 

To make the peanut butter shell, combine the peanut butter and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave 20 seconds. Stir until completely smooth, then pour in an even layer on top of oats. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy in the morning!
